Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.
During launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer thanks for your patience 💙
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally 🌍
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays & Issues
IKONIC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, IKONIC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
