Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about your IKONIC purchase. If something doesn’t work out, no stress, here’s how returns work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@thisisikonic.com and we’ll take it from there.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.
Please note: items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you’re unsure whether an item can be returned, just ask before purchasing.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
